EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree  in Engineering, Master’s degree  preferred. PE registration required. Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience is preferred. Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), AutoCAD preferred, additional software knowledge depending on specialty.   KNOWLEDGE  AND SKILLS Effective leadership and mentoring skills. Must possess well-rounded knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures. Demonstrates excellent verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
