| Job Information | EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience; 5 years of leadership experience preferred. Appropriate certification required. Must possess a dependable and hard working attitude with good personal skills a must. Expertise in chosen field through industry experience and proven knowledge. Proven track record in all aspects of their market including strategic planning, brand development, product positioning and communications. Displays a high level of initiative and explores new opportunities while understanding the risk to the organization. Ability to achieve results through influence and leadership.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Effective leadership and mentoring skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, public and external agencies. Must possess well-rounded knowledge of their sector and related industries. Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal/written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrates the ability to be organized, work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
